Description
The Kipahulu District of Haleakala National Park is one of the main highlights on Maui's famous Hana Highway. Foot trails lead from the Kipahulu Visitor Center and follow Ohe'o Gulch and the park's Seven Sacred Pools. Here the Pipiwai Stream cascades in a horsetail waterfall from one of the sacred pools down through the gorge on its way to the Pacific Ocean.
