The Mystic Harbor is one of Connecticut's most famous waterfronts, housing the Mystic Seaport Museum and centuries of Mystic history.The harbor, a wide area of the Mystic River, is filled with historic tall ships, whaling vessels and the nation's largest maritime museum. Here, in this late day scene, New England's past comes alive with tales of old sea dogs, rowdy long shoreman and master shipbuilders.
