Located in the heart of Sailfish Alley on Florida's Treasure Coast, Stuart bills itself as the Sailfish Capital of the World. Once a quiet fishing village, Stuart has evolved into a sport-fishing haven, and the sailfish is one of the most sought after challenges on the Atlantic. Once an angler hooks into a sailfish they can put on a show one never forgets. Tail-walking, head thrashing and leaping into the air is the ultimate sight to see on the open water.
Right in the middle of a Stuart roundabout, their tribute to the sailfish is another sight to behold. There's no journey into the Atlantic Ocean required. The 18-foot sculpture, perched in the middle of a fountain, was created by wildlife sculptor Geoffrey Smith. The Stuart resident made news when President Donald Trump gave a Smith sculpture to the Pope.

This is beautiful! If ignoring the very bottom of the image, it looks like the sailfish is jumping out of the ocean, and those palm trees make the effect even more striking. Congratulations on those features! L/F
