Located at the mouth of the Coquille River, near Bandon, Bullards Beach is best known for its miles of beach and dunes. Beachgoers may also enjoy a visit to the Coquille River Lighthouse, a prominent landmark along the Oregon Coast. The lighthouse is open certain days of the week from mid-May through September.
The Bullards Beach State Park offers a variety of campsites, including RV hookups, yurts and a horse camp. Equestrians are allowed access to 11 miles of trails and four miles of beach and dunes. Many visitors enjoy beach strolls and beach biking, plus fishing and crabbing in the river.
