This vintage gas pump is from a pre-electric era where gasoline was gravity fed. The clear sight-glass demonstrated the clarity of the gasoline, ensuring customer satisfaction. Luckily the Texaco pumps are not among the rarest collectibles and create a nice outdoor display.
About Ben Prepelka
Born in western Pennsylvania, Ben quickly discovered that his parents were passionate about travel, photography, oil painting and wildlife. Being the youngest member of his family, he grew up exploring much of the eastern half of the United States at an early age with his older brothers.
