Description
Caught in a brief rainstorm, the colors of this retro filling station in Laurens, South Carolina, are brightened all the more. Complete with vintage Texaco gasoline pumps and automotive signage, this nostalgic reminder of a mid 19th century gas station includes a vintage 1960 Dodge Pioneer Station Wagon and period travel-trailer camper.

Nostalgic is the word! Love this capture of what people call "retro". To me, it doesn't seem that long ago that all filling stations looked like that. Great fine and composed, Ben!
